HOW DO YOU GET SIGNED BASEBALL CARDS AUTHENTICATED?

My father has a good sealed ball label as well as sealed ball pick up. He wants me to find a customer, my complaint is, they all wish certificates of flawlessness. My father would attend ball label shows in a 70’s where a player would have an apperance as well as my father would have these things sealed. So how we get these things authenticated?
